Yoga Soul Trails was born from a simple belief — that nature heals, movement reconnects, and slowing down is not a luxury, it is a necessity.

Led by Antoinette, a certified Dru Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness teacher with over 27 years of experience, every retreat blends movement, stillness, and nature into an experience that stays with you long after you leave.
