Who we are

Yoga Soul Trails is operated by Trio de Turismo Costa Rica LLC. For any enquiries, please reach us at info@yogasoultrails.com.

Bookings & reservations

A retreat reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

By completing a booking, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Pricing & payment

All prices listed on the website are per person unless stated otherwise, displayed in the currency indicated on each retreat page (USD, EUR or CHF).

Payments are processed securely via Stripe — we do not store payment card details. Where a deposit is required, the remaining balance is due on the date specified at the time of booking. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation — by the participant

We understand that plans change. Our policy:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@yogasoultrails.com.

Cancellation — by Yoga Soul Trails

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat in exceptional circumstances — insufficient bookings, force majeure, safety concerns, or events beyond our control.

In such cases, participants receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or the option to transfer their booking to an alternative date. Yoga Soul Trails is not liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred in connection with a cancelled retreat.

Health & responsibility

Participation in yoga, hiking and wellness activities involves physical activity. By booking a retreat, you confirm that you are in a suitable state of health to participate.

You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries or physical limitations before the retreat. This information is treated confidentially and used solely to ensure your safety and wellbeing. Yoga Soul Trails is not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage sustained during a retreat, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to the retreat, covering cancellation, medical expenses and personal liability.

Conduct

We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave a retreat if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful or harmful to other participants or staff. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Photography & media

Photos and videos may be taken during retreats for use on our website and social channels. If you would prefer not to be photographed, let us know in writing before the retreat begins. We will always respect your preference.

Intellectual property

All content on yogasoultrails.com — text, images, programme materials and design — is the property of Yoga Soul Trails and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Website use

This website is provided for informational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. We reserve the right to modify website content at any time without notice.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising from them fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
